Beautiful Home and love the kitchen

I was in this house and found the layout wonky.

I was expecting the price to be much higher considering sq footage and upgrades.

Nice place. But we find "high ceilings" to be a waste of space. Yea, it looks pretty but it's a lot of air to heat and cool.

Way overpriced. It's a lovely home but not worth 1/2 million dollars
