Karen is such a brave and beautiful lady. Not only did she book a treatment having never met me, but also drove in the dark and quite a long way for her first treatment with me, which is incredible considering Karen had felt some anxiety before coming. I find this quite humbling that this gorgeous lady found the strength and resource to overcome obstacles to come and experience a treatment in the Bothy. Amazing. Do you think she's brave?!

I am wearing a Holter monitor and BP machine for ectopic beats. I did an experiment and watched your video and it lowered my resting heart rate 10 points! You are better than therapy!
