I forgot how much drier their enclosure used to look! I'm glad the bushes have filled out more, and more recent videos seem to show grass finally sprouting (if they don't eat it first, haha). It's interesting how Gentaro and Genki simply watch as Momotaro muscles Kintaro out of the way. They know the pecking order, and they know Kintaro will have to learn it too. I'm surprised Genki didn't even flinch when Momotaro charged the cage considering how close she always was to Kintaro back then. For Momotaro, old habits die hard. And man... I sure don't miss whenever Genki would get herself stuck on the raised platform with Kintaro, lol. I was always nervous she would lose her grip! But she's a lot stronger than I gave her credit for.
Thank you for sharing this lovely family. I worry very much about the low humidity in the habitat. Their skin is always very dry in every video. Can the family get more water? Mist spraying machines? They seem uncomfortable.
He was such an amazing toddler!! I like it when he was playing in the corner, happy entertaining himself. Showing dad his moves! Fun times to watch but l bet Kinny is glad those tough days of being looted are over! Momo has no problem of displaying his anger to the keeper! WOW! He's strong!
I have never heard kintaro scream like that at his family think he,s having a grumpy day but he made the vistors laugh coz he was being silly too bless him kintaro made me laugh too
Flashback of Momo having a grouchy day. Even with his grumpy face, he’s an exquisite silverback 🦍♥️. Kintaro having a toddler tantrum then zoomies, flailing around and drumming. I miss Kinny’s and old drumming jam sessions but the gorillas in this family don’t do a lot of chest beating past a certain age, it seems 🦍♥️. Genki such a wonderful mother scooping up her baby and heading to the keepers cage, maybe in case he needs more help than she can give in that moment, but fortunately, no harm done from Gentaro looting and dragging and Kintaro’s fine 🦍♥️ Thanks for letting us hear Kintaro’s vocalizatuons! 🥰🦍♥️
Great video...Kintaro really got riled up today, First from Gentaro , then his Daddy... I laughed the whole time...They are all so chunky. Kintaro is a compact little/ big fella...lol
Notice Kintaros pout when Momo yanked at the cage?that was deliciously precious and he is so smart to stick around the cage to get as many cookies as he can while the others got one piece and took off? Kintaro is intelligent . Momo with his "Who who ha ha ha " wanting his cookie was also cute even though he's aggressive about it.
Wow you had not better mess with Momataro about food. Poor Kintaro getting dragged like that, no wonder he screamed so loud and poor mom was so scared for her son that she took him straight away to the keepers to make sure her son was ok. One time when he was smaller, Gentaro dragged him and dunked him into the water bin! He looked like a little rag doll! Kinny is going to be one tough Silverback!
Momotaro is violently greedy when it comes to food and it pissed poor little Kintaro off and he let his father know it... I noticed that Genki never takes a treat from the zookeepers, I wonder why? Those darn birds chirping makes it hard to hear Kintaro yelling at his dad. Kintaro walking upright was so cute!!!

Was thinking oh my, look at how big Gentaro's belly has gotten (still not my size), then all of a sudden he looks Kintaro but quickly let's him go. First time I've heard Kintaro scream. Then looked like Kintaro was going to get a treat, and Big Daddy comes galloping in like oh no, you don't me first. Then Kintaro beating on his belly and attacking the bush. Like he's king of the jungle! Quite entertaining. Then poor Genki up on the roof with baby, when she gets ready to move, he's hanging on. Glad she climbed on the top. Ээхх, Момотаро и Гентаро, такие здоровые лбы, сладили с малышом...?! Я кричала вместе с Кинтаро! Но Кинтик бесстрашный и упорный парнишка, он все-равно не убежал, не испугался, и получил свою вкусняшку! Ну и конечно смотреть как играет Кинтарик - одно наслаждение :) Главное, что сейчас Кинтаро и Гентаро очень дружат между собой! Ну а Момотаро, к сожалению, практически не общается со своими сыновьями (по крайней мере в последних видео я не вижу этого)...

Думаю они не голодные, но через решетку смотритель даёт лакомство - естественно самому маленькому и миленькому перепадает больше чем остальным, вот они и недовольны и гонят малыша от источника вкусняшек.
