Gorilla glue on motorcycle boot soles, will it work? 

Very short term fix, I used clear gorilla glue on the sole of my combat boot, it turned good ole milky white, oozed out, had to clamp it for 15 minutes and it held for a month, now I have to scrap off all the gorilla glue and use some good stuff made for soles.

It works phenomenally well ❤

any long term update on this? looking to fix a little bit of sole separation on my running shoes (just a few millimeters at the back of the heel) so I'm shopping around to see what's good and will last

I tried the two component Gorilla glue on the sole of my motorcycle boots. It held up for a month and detached again, so now i'm searching around for alternatives.

You should've used universal industrial adhesive it's pretty cheap 50C where I live per tube

Because the glue is activated by water, wet the surface with a damp rag before applying it. It improves the adhesiveness of the glue to the material. Then you clamp it down for 30 minutes.

This is great I just got the same Gorilla glue today to fix my shoes & was wondering if I should have tried harder to obtain shoe specific glue for my pink girlie wedges. I will meed a ride on your motorbike to test out my shoes though 🤔Thank you for the brilliant vid!
