This is actually a very interesting part of Gorillaz history for many reasons, with it being a tour of the Kong Studios website from between Phases One and Two, so I call it "Phase 1.5".
While I did get this from the Phase Two: Slowboat to Hades DVD (well, kinda... see below) it's NOT the Phase Two Kong Studios site. Sure, there are elements of the creepy, rundown Kong from that era here, including some Phase Two specific locations popping up (like the enterence to Hell or Shaun Ryder's head from the Dare music video) and links to the Demon Days album and the videos for Feel Good Inc. and Dare being seen, but otherwise, it's still the Phase One design, featuring the wacky gags, easter eggs, and even the transitions from that era.
While I got this from the flies of the Phase Two DVD, AFAIK it's NOT normally accessible from the menu (at least not from the Floor Directory). It IS accessible if you play Title 49 when playing the DVD on your DVD player. If I have to make a guess, it might be a leftover from before they officially decided to make Kong Studios creepy, but never bothered to properly delete it or replace it with a tour of Phase Two Kong. If I'm wrong, please correct me.

The song is "Highway" from the D-Sides album, one of my personal favorites of their B-sides if you're curious.
