@@thegoodlife5524 Yes .but first must find some apricot trees. There were, over a century ago, many Lebanese immigrants in my small town (100 miles west of Chicago). There are still a few trees on the old farms. They are in season now but quite expensive..$3.99 per pound. Oh to enjoy such abundance. May have to buy some for this recipe. Thanks for sharing.🍑

Hi there! Apologies for the late reply. I think it was overnight from memory...but make sure to do them well because I had a jar go mouldy because the apricots weren't properly dried. Good luck!
