Fantastic instruction video mate 👍 Yours was the second one I came to, first one completely non explanatory with some kind of irritating Benny Hill music playing in place of actual verbal communication. Big thanks to you for posting your very helpful guide.

I have an older model, the red comes on (the water icon lights up red) yet when I press the button even for five seconds nothing comes on. Any thoughts? I contacted Tasimo but they are useless. Many thanks.

I descaled it and it worked for one cup of coffee. I think my gasket is worn out . How do you change the gasket below the water container. It is not letting water go through. I have a lot of discs I would like to use.

Ive pressed the bottom button for 5 seconds. It then goes red and the orange top light comes on, but nothing happens?

I was gifted a tassimo but wasn't given the disc,can you start a descaling without it? If not I guess my tassimo is going to the garbage

The light should go off if the machine finishes the whole descaling process. Maybe try it again? I sometimes leave the light on for ages before I remember to descale it.
