in this video A fella I know called me and said he has a sled I might be interested in....I told him to bring it over and yeah...he was right lol 🤣....sooo Merry Christmas Kristina!! I hope you like your new sled! I couldn't pass up the deal, this is a sweet yamaha viper with a dealer installed MPI turbo kit! it's a little rough around the edges but with a little love and some help from my sweetheart and friends we'll get this thing ready to rock this season! The reason I liked the MPI.. was it still ran the factory Front Rad and fan for low and warm weather for seasons here in Altantic canada.

Another "NICE ONE"! Got 2 friends with about the same year Viper's with turbo's installed, tuned for 250 HP installed at Roger's Sport Center in Ft. Kent Me. One of them has over 20K miles on his, and still running strong! Those 1050 Yamaha Triples are pretty rugged engines! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all you good folks up yonder! WARNING THESE 2015 had 2 motors, the nytro engine(good one) or the newer engine,they had weak conecting rods and are only good for 180hp max.the good motor had the older style cam covers.the weak rods had the newer style cam cover,like the sidewinder engine.

Santa is bring good stuff this year lol. I feel your pain on the lack of snow... I've got 5 sleds in the garage and nothing but mud on the ground here in Southern NH, sled season seems to get shorter and shorter every year. Wishing happy holidays to everyone in the RN&DH crew! Nice one!

I'd get rid of that tri-hub rear axle. You have to get those parts anyways for the adjusters, might as well change it to the 4 wheel kit, or even the 2 wheel race axle.

I hear ya! I have 2 yamahas and a skidonkey. have been lawn ornaments for 3 years in new hampshire. they want pretty much a car registration fee to ride them. for like 2 or 3 weeks I can actually ride them... nah... they can rot

Pete, love the sled vids. Best on RU-vid. But all the guys out there who would be looking at a busted sled resurrection project like this, a warning. Unless you've got Pete's level of experience... There could be a million other things wrong with a sled that's been modded and wrecked hard . Look at it this way if it was all an easy fix, then the owner would have fixed it. Very easy to get in over your head on a deal like this.

Those 550 polaris had oiling issues there's a little upgrade kit u can do to them. But I am unsure of the years they had the issue
