Why wouldn’t you shift into 2nd ? U just tried too race that car from 4500 RPM at 3rd gear…. Should’ve shifted into second or paddle shifted too stay in your power band.
2 of y’all don’t know what yall talm bout…now let me educate yall…sit down and listen, We did a 55 roll therefore I was in 3rd gear if I was in 2nd gear my rpms would have been around 6800-7000 giving me no room to upshift and most likely me stalling out. (40 roll 2nd gear/ 60 roll 3rd gear.) When your at 40 or 60 in those gears you’ll be at 5000+ with that being said u you mentioned power band if know bout Vq engines there the most torque is at 5000. If either one of yall got stock G’s let’s run it for the bread💯🤝🏾

You don’t do a 55 role lol, 40 roll is way more better then you’d be in power from the middle of 2nd all the way down too redline.. what you need to do is set better rolls for yourself. Second gear is always the correct gear to be in when doing a roll lmao…
@@STINORWD it doesn’t matter about the torque, if you’re in third gear, which I don’t know for your car, probably goes all the way to 80-90 why would you be in the middle of third gear doing 55 knowing your not in power at all for the race. 40 miles an hour in 2nd will be 5800-6000 RPM. Your redline is probably at like 7400. you being able to shift it from redline to third you will always have a better chance, your at 55 mph in 3rd at 4500 RPM not moving lol. And that gear going to redline is almost at like I said 80 to 90 mph. so regardless, you doing a lower speed at less gear it’ll be way more efficient for your car, but obviously you know more than 🤣🤣
@@STINORWD and if you were tuned, you would know that anything over 5000 RPM is full power but not at 3rd at 4500 RPM 😭. So I will gladly not sit here and listen because you lost that race because of driver error..
