I like how you took his death in the book into consideration. Ghost was his first thought, then the moment when he gave Arya Needle. Great video. "Ghost," he whispered. Pain washed over him. "Stick them with the pointy end," He thought. When the third dagger took him between the shoulder blades, he gave a grunt and fell face-first into the snow. He never felt the fourth knife. Only the cold...

He's not the hero Westeros deserves but the hero it needs.

Despite lesser views, in my opinion this is the best Jon tribute video till now :) It perfectly captures the journey that he undertakes, from a boy to a man, sacrificing his love and family to emerge as the hero that we know him to be.

Years later I keep coming back to watch this because how beautifully done it is. One of my few favorite videos on RU-vid!

jesus that was so emotional. you really realise just how much STORY jon's actually had (even without all the mystery, backstory, prophecies, theories and ressurection potentials!), how much character development he's had and how much he's been through, how much emotion AND action...even though kept apart on the fringes for the first 3-4 seasons before focus of the series shifted. he's a great character and this video really highlighted that journey. well done!

I know it’s unlikely you’ll see this comment on an old video, but Zurik thank you for this masterpiece (and your many others). I can’t believe this show is over. This was the first ever Game of Thrones tribute/edit I watched. It has always, and will always, be my favorite. I love Jon Snow as a character so much. I can’t believe his journey, and the rest of the show, is over. But everything has an end, even Game of Thrones 😭. And now our watch has ended.
