I suffered from this anxiety condition for 5 years but people around me started to hate me because of this weird habit so i decided to treat this and came up with solution , I started to take care of my nails , putting nailpaint and cuticle oil on them .This actually worked for me and now my nails are really very beautiful

I used to bite my nails & the skin around as well . Specially when I was stressed. But I started growing my nails. Start with applying nude Colors on your nails & rub vicks/any balm or something around your nails which will prevent you from biting your nails even unconsciously. Use lemon it also helps to promote nail bed strengthening also keep your hands moisturised, use cuticle oils which help with keratin boost. It has been years I have stopped my nail biting habit. From people saying my hands look like it belongs to a serial killer to asking how I grew my nails so beautifully . It really helps.
