As a lawyer you saved the tenant but due to these litigations a lot of govt land is still being used by encroachers which makes it hard for govt to properly utilise and provide the citizens all the facilities.
Your video are really helpful sir, make a video on impact and repression of having criminal case pending in government Exam. It's will help lot more people out there.
A Lesson to be learnt indeed Counsel. But I am surprised that you did not ask for the title documents of the premises before drafting the Petition, at time of submission to the Hon'ble Court or anytime later !!?? Why not? Were they not required to be annexed to the petition to establish the Client's bonafides? Had you asked for them from the client, irrespective of whether he/she informed you of the same, on your query the Client would have had to reveal the fact that they are not the owners. There is just not a lesson to be learnt here, but also to be vigilant, aware and ask basic questions before initiating litigation. Such litigation impacts the image of the Counsel in the Courtroom and as you would know, it's a small world. Be hyper vigilant and aware while being considerate my dear Counsel. Wish you well.
@@AmishLegal In that case I retract my statements. And yet I have learnt another thing - to closely & attentively hear before arriving at a conclusion. Thanks Counsel, listening to you is always a pleasure.
Sir, I want to ask a question based on another video where you said we should not admit anything in court of which we are accused like hurting someone or maybe fraud. Definitely as an accused I will want minimal punishment for me. But what if despite me denying it is proved with evidence , won't that be illegal that I gave false info by denying the accusation in court ? Is that perjury too? Is there any bad consequence for my denial and not admitting? I am a common person and not related to field of law for your info. Thank you.
Good question. Accused is allowed to lie without any problem. There is a law that protect a person from testifiing agaist themselves. Law agaist self incrimination. But you can't lie for another person in court of law
