My son was diagnosed last month with Lupus... he was admitted to the hospital for almost 3 weeks... he is only 14yrs old... glad you are posting... I am lost at this point... this was sudden and heart wrenching 💔.. his rheumatologist suggested that he take the vaccine but I'm skeptical...
I’m sorry to hear about your son. I pray that he feels better. I was afraid before getting the initial vaccine but I’m glad that I did because it’s scary out there without it. Think about it some more and do what your heart tells you to do
So glad you are doing well. I have lupus and do plan to get the booster. My doctor did recommend it to me. I just got my second infusion of Benlysta today and have one more loading dose in 2 weeks. Then I go to monthly infusions. I have to work out when I am going to take the booster because I think you are supposed to wait two weeks after your last infusion to get the booster so probably will wait until after the 3rd loading dose to do it.
