GOTH-3Designs - Savi's Workshop Lightsaber Upgrade Kit - demo

It’s the same blade material with upgraded internal components (LED Strip). I’d say the upgraded strip is more durable than the cheap original strip, but I wouldn’t duel with any either ☺️

The KIT is composed of electronic compoenents and 3D printed part for teh chassis, but the tools to build it are not included (a soldering iron is needed for instance). You can check the tools required for such DIY project here: goth-3designs.com/tutorials/ If you don't want to do it yourself, an installer can take a commission and do the upgrade for you. This is why we propose also a "send in" service :)

Savi's Workshop lightsabers have a heavy, aluminum shrouded body around the chassis, which does add to their size...BUT...80% of the Savi's Workshop build is about the experience, and the other 20% is the lightsaber you take home. The Savi lightsaber is like a really neat souvenir by which to remember the experience. There are cooler/better lightsabers available at various price-points. However, the Savi's Workshop *experience* is the real reason to build a lightsaber from the Black Spire Outpost. I've watched recorded vid's uploaded to RU-vid of the Savi's Workshop experience, and after having done it at Disney World's Galaxy's Edge, I know that there are some cast members who deliver a better experience than others. There is one gentleman who led my experience, that is THE BEST. He was apparently among the cast of the now-closed Galactic Starcruiser. Being required to make reservations in advance for Savi's Workshop, I don't know how you could reserve one of the sessions led by a specific cast member. Just luck of the draw. Having said all that, though, to be able to upgrade your souvenir to a Neopixel blade, Proffieboard, and 28mm speaker is a huge bonus! Like transforming a refrigerator magnet into a coffee table statement piece.

The kit includes the components to convert the blade obtained at Savi's Workshop :) Instructions are already online.
