The court of owls are the most underated villains in gotham

Court of owls is essentially the Illuminati of Gotham and Batman from what I seen . The owl for both being important to them

GCPD badge has a Owl on it.

I think Bruce has been taken by the court. Either that or he's enacting one of his many plans to keep Gotham safe while Batman takes on a bigger threat.

My Theory: Batman is actually Dead. But the Court of Owls found his Body and brought him to the Owl's Nest. The Court of Owls also Reanimated/Revived him from the Dead, Brainwashed him, turning him into a Talon, and the Most Deadliest, and the Most Unstoppable Assasin than Any Assasin (Including Deadshot and Deathstroke) ever was since He taught Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, Barbara Gordon, and Damian Wayne. Batman will be revealed as the Final Boss of the Game, and of course, it'll be very hard to fight him. Jim Gordon also Possibly became a Talon, and will be Revealed as a Boss Fight, which will lead Batgirl to fight Jim Gordon as a Talon.... This is just my Theory, take it for a Grain of salt...

The owel in the movie was portayed as a logo because it represented Long sight and being silent hunters - This is why talon is so good at being an assasin
