Whether or not Batman is actually dead in Gotham Knights remains to be seen - a good number of people out there will be willing to bet that he absolute isn't dead and will certainly be making an appearance - but one way or another, fans of the DC property will be glad that Dick Grayson a.k.a. Nightwing is going to have a crucial role to play in the game. Yes, Jason Todd has a fascinating backstory and is a complex personality.
Yes, Barbara Gordan's recovery from her traumatic past makes her inherently more engaging as a character than most others. Yes, Tim Drake's inherent integrity and goodness make him the natural successor to the Caped Crusader. But without Dick Grayson, the original Robin, frankly none of these characters would even exist. He is the original, and as such, a big fan favourite.

I just feel like that Nightwing is the main character in this upcoming Batman game. He’s definitely the first legacy character to carry the mantle as Batman,and he had a decent run as Batman over the past few years back in the comics storylines. I’ll definitely play as Nightwing when Gotham Knights comes out.

Definitely can't wait to play as Nightwing. Would love it if Batman comes in at the end and saves them all. And let us play that. If not then lets see Grayson put on the Bat cowl and let us play that instead.

Batman won't be dead just because "sale numbers" needs him. Just look at monthly DC comics chart and see for yourselves how many titles involved "Batman". It's A LOT.

would likely play nightwing throught the story for the whole game since i wanna see the feels since hes been with the bats the longest and also the closest and he also has an unknown connection to the court of owls. of course nightwing didnt know about it so it will be the damn good. So idk whether should i play him at the start or as the last cause if i play him at the start i feel like i may wait for some time to pass to play the game again cause court of owls even in comics were mainly tied to nightwing

Apparently, the correct way to say Blüdhaven is not "Blood-Haven". According to Grayson, it's actually "Bleud-Haven" with more of a "ew" sound. Despite Nightwing being a pretty solid authority, it seems as though some fans might have a hard time making that switch. Do yourself a favor and google, "Blüdhaven pronunciation" You'll see you and Batman are the ones who are pronouncing it incorrectly lol.

All of these characters pretty much suck and are barley background characters at best so who is gonna make this interesting? I am the target market they are trying to sell this game to and in telling you this is not interesting.
