this is because there's two Batman. The first Batman has a hard time outthinking Riddler, Joker, Penguin, and Clayface, but always comes out on top in the end. He's a detective fighting street level crime. He uses gadgets, spends sleepless nights fighting psychopaths, and it takes a heavy toll on his psyche and body. All the while, the corrupt government, police, and justice system make his life harder. He fights arguably the best roster of villains (matched only by Spiderman's - coincidentally, Marvel's best seller), lives in a city so dark and organic it could be an urban reflection of Hell, and he uses his mind and tools and relentlessness to push back against an indefatiguable evil. He's joined by amazing sidekicks, from Gordon to Dick, Barbara, and Selina, and he looks sexy as all hell. He could totally die to a street level thug if he switched off for just a moment... but he never does, because HE'S BATMAN!! The most exciting hero imaginable. Then there's Justice League Batman, who's a mary sue with prep time, and has Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, and Superman job to him because his comic book sales are higher. His superpower is that other superheroes become dumber around him, despite the fact Flash can flick him in the ballsack in 0.00001 seconds with enough force to liquify his pelvis, and Superman can rip Batman's arms off 0.00001 seconds before he moves his hand a millimetre toward the kryptonite ring in his belt. Even when he almost kills the JL in Babel / JL Doom, he won't be the one to apologize because he's too big of a prick. Other leaguers are terrified of him, as shown in JLU and Young Justice, and he's frankly one of the most boring heroes imaginable.

Theoretically the bank could scan the bills handed out by the atm, tracking which bills get handed out at which transaction. Then when the cops look at a database with transactions and see all the money comes from transactions from Whatshisface's bankaccount.

Both Earth-3 Joker and Two-faced are crime fighters, and Duella isn't a villain. It's the same as Batwoman where they just use the names and nothing else so you'll thinking you'll see this character.

Lawers MIGHT go to a crime scene as part of trial prep so they can get a 'real world' feel for the crime or PR. but they wouldn't go anywear near it until the CSI teams were finished with it which would probaly be months before the DA even gets the trail paperwork

To be fair, sometimes in detective fiction it does happen: the killer's motive has always been revenge, but they take some money from the scene to mask it as a robbery-gone-wrong.

With how they write human and their interaction i dont think CW even hire humans to write this.

Actually, it’s *Duella* Dent… in the comics, she was a hero from the beginning. She was also Two-Face’s daughter, but called herself the Joker’s Daughter (and played it up in costume) so people wouldn’t know who she really was.

In Pre-Crisis she was one who wanted to attone for the sins of her father and joined the Teen Titans. In Post-Crisis she actually was the Joker's dauther (though this was the Joker from Earth-3). In the New 52 she was a villain who had no relation to any Batman villian.

@DragonmasterCire , the New52 Joker's Daughter never had the name Duela Dent. She was just a crazy girl who lived in the sewers and wore the Joker's skin/face. I don't recall the villain version of the character and found the Earth-3 version to be a lame one-off that didn't come anywhere near the fun of the original.

As soon as whatsherface said she was Robin, not only has Batman had 3 different Robbin's, all with unique and interesting stories, not only did they make the "son" of Batman not part of the family, not only does he allow those closest to him into the batfam, and not only does Turner seem far too stupid, The fact that they decided that "nah, we can't have any of these interesting Robins in this show, we have to make a new, female one that's also black, and will actually be the most experienced, and has a family of her own. That's just insulting to the name of Robin.

They also could have used Duke, who is still a fairly new character to tge franchise. There already are black characters in the Batman mythos and yet they _still_ race-swapped Carrie for no reason.
