Honestly…you cant compare. The “Arkham” series is its own league. The sooner everyone accepts that and starts to look at Gotham Knights as its own “perspective” of the Batman, the sooner people will be more open to it. Not everyone was a fan of “Arkham Origins” but I still gave it a try because I saw its potential, and the honestly wasnt that bad.😅

One difference I noticed is that the goons in Arkham Knights are worse and easier to defeat. During stealth, they are in their own little corner, so it's easy to pick them off. They also don't move around and the dialogue is unimpressive. While in the Arkham Games, goons move around, stick together when scared, and try to wake up unconscious goons. This is definitely more complex than Arkham Knights. In Arkham City, there are also rivalries between gangs and in Arkham Knight, the goons adapt and their added tech makes things more difficult. It would have been nice if they put more thought into this.

Been wanting to get this game cause of nightwing but it was broken on release but I’ve been hearing good things about the recent update

I played this game for 20 mins and was like “wtffffff” the gameplay is nothing like the Arkham series at all and it was such a let down. The stealth and haptics aren’t there at all. It was a let down, but im hoping the story makes up for it. I was just expecting way more and was so excited. Gonna give it another try soon.

In Arkham Knight Dick Grayson isn’t very competent somehow getting overpowered by Penguin. Gotham Knights Nightwing nails the acrobatics and he’s not a complete incompetent idiot but Arkham has much superior game mechanics so it’s a tie. Characterisation Gotham Knights Gameplay Arkham.

Gotham Knights isn't the best game, and well, idk, it's certainly a game, idk if I'd call it good per say, but naming it Gotham Knights kinda hurt it too, as a lot of people were expecting it to be the successor to Arkham Knight or even the spiritual successor, which it clearly wasn't made to be. It just raised expectations beyond the games swinging range, imo.
