I think the main secret to H1GHR's success is how supportive Jay Park and his other OGs are as the bosses. There's so many toxic entertainment companies out there that eat up their artists, treat them as disposable or just as side characters to someone else's success. This is what happens when you have great leaders who encourages and creates a healthy, supportive company environment instead. Everyone's got wings and are soaring. It's amazing.

Jay Park is a beast 2 years ago the H1ghr label was floundering, Jay Park was planning to take 2020 off, from doing shows and his own music, even before the Pandemic hit because he wanted to work on elevating H1ghr, fast forward to 2021, H1ghr wins label of the year, The Purge wins hiphop song and mv of the year and Jay Park wins artist of the year for the third time at the Korean hiphop awards, he is an extremely busy person, running 2 labels, part owner in at least 2 restaurants, he organizes a huge hiphop/R&B festival called Off Route in Korea every year, except last year of course and probably not this year, pretty much ever hiphop & R&B artists performs there and he even gets American hiphop & R&B artists to perform and hopefully this year he'll be starting his own Soju brand called Won Soju

Talking about the choreography One of the girls in this is called Honey J and she is one of Jay‘s main choreographers and dancers. You will see her everywhere where Jay is. She is in many of his and H1GHR/AOMG‘s MVs and live performances. Jay‘s MV for his single „All the Way Up“ is a dance video because Jay wanted to support his dancers during COVID and give them an opportunity to make some money. Honey J casually mentioned to him that she couldn’t make money because of missing performances nowadays and he decided to make that video to help out.

This may be your first time hearing them with Golden/G.Soul before joining H1GHR we was under JYP his voice is amazing and he can do runs for days one sad thing is that he was a trainee there for 15 years which is probably one of the longest trainee periods in Kpop I am so glad H1GHR picked him up because he is a gem and really loves music and I have so much respect for Jay Park and H1GHR!

There's a two-part documentary on H1GHR Music on their channel. Jay Park also has a documentary on RU-vid Premium called Chosen1. H1GHR Music is a relatively new label that started to really blow up last year, but AOMG (another label that Jay Park owns), has been around for seven years and is considered the top hiphop label in Korea.

I have a lot of respect for Jay Park. I enjoyed his documentary series, Jay Park: Chosen1 on RU-vid Premium. He is already so successful but chose to challenge himself in the American market and his developing his companies. Saw how clips with US dj’s who didn’t seem to do research on who he was and well you know treated him in a certain way, but jay park handled it well. He was respectful and showed his skill! I also like seeing how he takes care of his crew/team - guiding, supporting, promoting them. I feel the genuineness and sincerity in their interactions, like a close family!
