When i first had this machine in my collection (it must have been in 2018) i forgot to shoot a video of the gameplay of this classic late Gottlieb EM pinball machine. Now that a good guy gave his "Bronco" to me to bring it back to life, i did! This is a screamig fast playing EM pinball from the once biggest pinball producers on planet earth. It makes such a lot of fun to shoot down the 3 single drop targets and afterwards increase your bonus by shooting through the left or right upper saucer. When we did this video in may 2023 i had spent many, many hours before to overhaul "Bronco". It is absolutely necessary to check EVERYTHING within an EM pinball if you are interested in a reliable gameplay afterwards. Greetings from germany.
Before i forget: this machine, as usual, is not fitted with a classical Chime Unit like it should be. Sadly most of all Gottlieb EM pinball machines once delivered to germany hadn't one. This was becaus of the "Kneipen Wirte" who went crazy hearing the "Ding, Dong, Ding, Dong" the whole day....har har har!

It’s a brutal table! So many death shots! Those side drains are prolific. I love the old machines. They teach you that pinball can be so random whether you have a good or bad game.

I purchased four of these to put on locations and they were not popular initially because they drained too quickly. So I modified the side lines so that the ball could hit a post as it dropped and sometimes bounce onto the lane drain to the flipper. It made a big difference, and I changed all four of them. The machines then did much better. People won’t go play a game that day, don’t have a chance to win, and I think this game was designed poorly in that respect. The drop targets are almost death sentence themselves.

I like pinball and your pinball videos👍so I subscribed.😃 It's interesting to know that many EM pinball machines in Germany didn't have the chime unit installed. Pity, but understandable.

👉 Thanks for this video👍. I always wondered what the purpose of the "A" that you turn off when you lose the ball through the right and left outlane was, because if you light the Special by turning off those "A", they will be turned back on with the next ball. This pinball does not keep of the player's progression from one ball to the next.

Under the playfield, is the chime socket still present? Maybe a chime box could be added? Just isn't the same without chimes... 😕
