I had a Royal Guard in my collection for near 15 years and loved playing it always before letting it go to a new home. I remember playing a 1968 Gottlieb Royal Guard in the candy store just 50 feet from my home back in the late 1960's. The game is a fun player and always keeps you wanting to play one more game. Thanks for taking the time out to show other pinball guys in the hobby how to change the stand up targets on this wonderful machine since they can break or chip during their lifetime.
Thanks Vic great memories there for you with Royal Guard my first was Tropic Isle played it in 1963. Royal Guard is a fun game for sure as we're most 60s games.
I played Royal Guad back in the day. Very interesting and useful video on how to deal with snap targets. The mechanical aspect of this feature is great. It should work right for thousands of times in a row. Good job boys.
