Hiro should make some gourmet onigiri now. When he mentioned onigiri it made me start craving some. Even though onigiri might seem pretty simple if you don't know what you're doing you can still screw it up. Trust me I've eaten some terrible onigiri before, and they weren't supposed to be bad on purpose.

I've been desperately looking for Kimchi sauce in North Carolina, but I haven't been able to find it. I have looked at Walmart and the Asian stores around here, but still unable to find Kimchi sauce. Even on Amazon. PLEASE HELP ME!!! lol Where can I find Kimchi sauce???

You would have to go to Florida for this one. Alligator sushi. I love alligator meat or try shark sushi. Both are very good meats.

You must find farm raised salmon that was fed parasite free feed. That is the only way. You can ask them but to be sure, we suggest bakkafrost.

To hold the meat better. It’s the way training in Japan but sometimes also you csn do other way too. Depends on your fish and how you get it.
