लोकतंत्र में "लोक" हमेशा ही "तंत्र" से पहले आता है। सरकारी कर्मचारी "लोक" में आते है, और 60 वर्ष की आयु में वो कुछ और करने लायक रह भी नही जाते। दूसरी बात इकोनॉमी की बात करें तो हम सब जानते हैं की यदि सिस्टम में मनी flow बना रहता है तो अर्थव्यवस्था मजबूत रहती है। पर यदि उस रिटायर्ड व्यक्ति के पास पैसा नहीं होगा तो अर्थव्यवस्था में पैसा कैसे घूमेगा????? हमारे आस पास जो एनपीएस कर्मचारी है, उन्हें पुरानी पेंशन से पूरे मोहल्ले को फायदा होगा, यानी आसपास के दुकानदारों को ।
