Sad but true however some politicians only idea to stimulate an economy is to go to war. This is of course after they've already invested in the companies that will be making the products that we go to war with.
Something like peanut butter with oats and fruit would work and also something with honey. I would look up recipes on line. The [ 4 patriots ]company has a high protein bar that does not have nuts that you could cut into squares or slices to eat. Check them out. ❤
