Great info. I use to have the awesome hammer head and made a lot of money with it, I went through 3 before I upgraded to my 8GPM machines and now I run a 31" Mini Mondo and I also tie both machines together to run my 49" surface cleaner.
I use a 18" FSC but mine has wheels which you can adjust and this is important because ride height and nozzle choice are very important. I've been using FSC's for 12 years and I've tried all kinds of nozzles with my Honda 13 HP 21 LPM/ or 4.5 gallons and dealers will tell you to use number 03 or 04 nozzles but I find 02 works best. Depends on output but I like to try different nozzles sizes. Thanks for the great video, makes sense.
great vid. I own the rigid surface cleaner, and it appears to be the same as the Hammerhead. Interesting. I like the Idea of the 40 degree tip.....but does it hit the brush at all? I also notice the tips you are using are the taller style....with the fan....that affects some of the height..... I ordered some tips.....and I see some tips are just plain longer than others..... Power Washing Pros Inc. Lawrence Ashlin . It will only drop your pressure to the concrete. Your pump will put out a certain volume at "X" # of rpm's. The only thing that builds pressure in your system is restrictions from your hose, fittings, and tips. Using different tip sizes allows you to customize your pressure.
