I'm a practice fanatic. Balance and muscle memory to manage lean and traction. In my scheme of things balance is the heart of the matter. If you can't feel what the bike is doing you can't manage it. Don' neglect slow balance practice. There is an balance exercise on my youtube channel using a 2by4. Harder than it looks and good for balance on the bike.

よく見ると　うしろの方はA級ライダーじゃん。作田さんとか・・・、富永氏とか・・　　桶川でなくトミンだね 速い訳だよ。このタイムだせば　日本一やん

何であの距離で止まれるのだ、進入も小さいのに立ち上がりも小さいし 意味わからん、
