Hi guys I am back today with my very special guest (aka youtuber/dormmate!) @Dasha Khamaza with the first episode of our collaborative videos “GPA Deflation? Revealing the truth about UChicago Academics! | Our scores, experience, reflection….”
A lot of people are a little bit discouraged by UChicago because it was (and probably is still) notoriously known for its hard courses (huge emphasis on theories) and harsh grading (getting Asians to Bsians or Csians or worse). Dasha and I also came to the school with the same concerns. However, things turned out to be a little bit different from what we expected, and we would love to share with you our experience to (maybe, hopefully) take away part of your concerns. This video will give you an idea of the different kinds of courses in UChicago, including aspects like classes, homework, exams, and overall grading. Hope you find this helpful!
