Thanks for the video. I have a question. So, it is normal for a motorcycle to get tank slaps if provoked by a sudden input to the handle bar? Sound like a stupid question but... I am trying to figure out if there's something wrong with my bike or it is normal behavior of any motorcycle. Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro... Anyone? Thanks again.
For everyone that doesn't want to drop a pretty penny on a GPR. Amazon sells a 50 dollar stabilizer that bolts right up to the oem mounts and is solid. 😎
@John Smith it's just a cylinder with oil in it. There's no sense in spending a house payment on one. If it fails so what? Now the bike is just stock lmao
@John Smith if you must flex and buy name brand go for it. But not everyone can justify that after dropping 20k on a bike. Just giving people options that want a stabilizer that actually does something versus the stock dash ornament.
I’m fairly new to sports bikes my man and just picked up my 600 today from a 400, does this stabilizer also prevent the “death wobble” as well or is just just for certain turns and leaning? Any info would be great, appreciate the review. I’ll hopefully have the confidence you have one day on 2 wheels haha.
Forst thing to remove on mine. Was the ESD that is garbage. I have a GPR. Set it to whatever I want, I know it works, And the gpr can go ,1-20 or 20-1 cross over to 1, so don't have to screw it in, and screw it out. (ohnlins)
@@megatron7811 And you can also remove the end part that is plugged into it, and zip tie it somewhere. I did that with mine. Believe they have things can plug into it now, maybe.
I had a 2009 r1 and the stabilizer literally felt like it would cut out sometimes just super sketch and ever since then I no longer trust electronic stabilizers
