how did you guys get the antenna height? Where did you measure from to key in on the base station?

You cannot precisely convert any coordinates to "WGS84". The precise definition of WGS84 is unknown so therefore shifting from it to/from another datum is problematic. If you want to use worldwide coordinates then you should be using ITRF or IGS. The likelihood is that you are already... you just are incorrectly referring to them as "WGS84".
