I switched to the 19" and it was able to graound balance. Every swing was a target everwhere. I'm a bit miffed. Is it not plug and play? Are there other settings?

I really didn’t think that the 19” was a good coil. I much prefer the Nugget Finder 17” coil. Just make sure your connections are tight, you have your ground settings to difficult, auto smoothing semi auto & ground balance your machine before you start detecting good luck here is a comparison video on the two coils. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ROfFLvWH44A.html

How do you compare this coil with the normal coil?

Positive: covers a lot more ground. Negative: heavy Big, needs a clear area that’s relatively flat. Depth range is only a inch or so compared to the gpz14
