MYi Official how does that even work? Do you shove the cards in or does some function of the duel disk suck them inside the graveyard? I also always wondered how you can remove the cards after a duel or during.
@@brianaguilar8283 It works like when you put bills into vending machines or at a self-check out. Once you place it in a certain amount it pulls the rest in. As for getting them out: See those blue panels behind the lifepoint screen? that allows you to look through the graveyard to select what you need and then it pull it out for you.
@@wingedbluj1674 Drawing for free with no cost. To be fair the trap card "Sixth sense". Is more busted than pot of greed. And that card was shown in kaibas briefcase.
KarmicBead7193 Figured Pot of Greed be more his style. Also why does he use Card of Demise. You draw until you have 5 cards but lose ur hand in 5 times. Seems like a huge risk which to me would be a Joey Wheeler card.
KarmicBead7193 funny enough is that he never needed to discard his hand because the duel ended before that could happen, mostly because he lost 😂 In the first Yugioh movie, it’s the only time he ever had to discard his hand because it had reached 5 turns.
@@imuncomfbecuzihavsubsandno4371 no, pot of greed it literally effect since if you negate it effect, it will negating the draw and discard, if it cost you must pay first then negating will be worked.
Both draw and discard effects are actually both so powerful there is really no downside with this card is basically a much much better version of pot of duality glad its forbidden from yugioh tournaments.
1:08 I think marik's actually breaking the fourth wall here cause he Looks like "damn, I bet the Folks watching this can already recite the effect while being stoned af"
Well the next 2 just has 2 copies of Graceful Charity which is pretty dumb since even when it was legal it was limited to just 1 per deck. Even Joey saw how bs that was
I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and just say it was a editing mistake.....this happens a lot in the anime. Like Jaden having Yellow Gadget in his deck in one episode. :I
Pretty much all the rare hunters cheated Seeker painted his cards so he knew what to draw Arkana did the top deck trick by trimming some of his cards Lumis and Umbridge communicating via headsets since in tag duels, you cannot look at your partners hand Yami Marik, ironically, is the only one who didn’t cheat. Same with Strings.
Crazy Goldy I get that pot of greed gives you a hand advantage. However I think getting 3 cards instead of 2 is huge if you don't have a great hand. So I actually like Graceful Charity more but that is just my opinion.
Graceful charity is a good spell card so you can draw 3 cards and then you can discard 2 cards that you don’t need/if there are not good cards in your deck that you’ve drawn or if monsters have a special ability in the graveyard
It's also useful for sending a monster to the graveyard to use their effect is say like Beast Of Gilfers effect or even to summon a high level monster using Monster Reborn or Monster Reincarnation after previously discarding them with Graceful Charity.
@@ethancasem8259Literally everyone would play it. Who cares if you have to discard 2. It’s worth it because your drawing 3 new cards and will likely draw the card you need to turn the game around. It’s even better nowadays because there are so many monsters and cards that benefit when they are in the Grave.
I activate the Spell Card Graceful Charity. I draw 3 Cards and discard 2. Now I activate my Trap Card Disgraceful Charity. Here's the deal for this turn the cards we happens to discard comes back to our hands
These Card in yugioh videos are oddly satisfying to watch. Also the way Kaiba is holding it at 2:51 makes me wonder how that's comfortable to hold. Then again it is Kaiba, he also broke his wrist playing one of his cards in the Noah arc
Graceful Charity can be a really good combo with cards that can be activated in the graveyard like Silent Sword Slash and Silent Burning. Discarding those two cards allows them to be activated in the graveyard and thus automatically draw any type of Silent Swordsman and Silent Magician card
What the hell are these cards made from they can bend and rip like paper but they bearly get wet they dont degrade like paper but they stick to the duel disk like magnets
Graceful charity is so amazing when you draw sinister serpent (so you discard just one because serpent returns to the hand all the time). Most important Joey was cheering for Kaiba definetely a legendary moment which won't happen again 😂😂
@@HarunoSoul they also forgot to censor the original exodia artwork on the stone tablets in season 5 as well, which I believe is the only time we actually get to see the uncensored artwork in the dub
For like half of these the discards didn't end up mattering for anything, and since Graceful Charity doesn't actually change the total number of cards in your hand, from a writing perspective using Graceful Charity wasn't anything but a time waster half of the time. Pot of Greed occasionally had this problem too.
Maybe we can have Graceful Charity back with a small Errata. Draw three cards, then take two randomly chosen cards from your hand and remove them from play.
timtam 2400 That would still give decks that need certain cards in their graveyards (such as Lightsworn) a huge boost. You can also rid your hands of two dead draws and get three fresh cards.
I kind of like have the in the seal of ocrichalcos one you get to see the The graceful charity come to alive .seal has be that powerful to point to bring a spell card to alive.
Here are the list of other Cards you should show: Mirror Force Negate Attack Magic Cylinder Monster Reborn Cost Down Double Spell Polymerization De-Fusion Magic Jammer Scapegoat Mystical Space Typhoon
Okay, I use Graceful Charity. I get Pot of Greed and two Jars of Greed, and I discard one of the Jars of Greed and a Snipe Hunter. Do I still get to draw two cards?
Pretty cool that the first time and only time they show Grateful Charity real life in yugioh maybe because the Seal of Orichalcos brought her to life 😇
How? Its net 0. Example: 5 cards in hand, play Graceful Charity (-1 in hand), apply it's draw effect (+3 in hand), then discard effect (-2 in hand) 5-1+3-2=5
It's so weird how they were trying to save budget for Waking the Dragons reusing so many frames of animations yet they wasted time with that stupid animation for graceful charity that one time
Most of them are cheating: a duel disk isn't a table (I can see the surface of a duel ring where you place your cards being called a table, but a duel disk is way too different), so they shouldn't be allowed to draw 3 cards.
For a super casual/just for fun player like me, I have the option of running 3 copies of graceful charity as do my friends. Hope that answers your question!
