Ligaments:- are like strong rope that connects bones with bones in joints. Cartilage:- serve as a cushion b/n two bones and it is tough connective tissue, also serve to reduce friction b/n bones and allow movements Joints:- is the actual place where two bones meet and helps in movement
1. Troponin C (TnC): Binds to calcium ions released during muscle contraction and initiates the muscle contraction process. 2. Troponin I (TnI): Inhibits the interaction between actin and myosin in resting muscle and is involved in regulating muscle contractions. 3. Troponin T (TnT): Binds to tropomyosin and anchors the troponin complex to actin filaments in muscle cells.
