Hello lady Lu. I've been wondering what happened to you. I've wanted to post a message of thanks to you but didn't know how to get to you. I learned Math Lit by watching your videos. ma'am by 5:39 how did you get 15000 is it not suppose to be 115000 + 17859.50 = 132859,5

hi lady lu. so in both options u MUST write the main amount first then the + then the percentage then multiply with the same main amount again to get your answer? and must you follow this process when working out both forms of interest? thank you.

Yes, the amount the compound interest is calculated on is the only thing that changes.

Hey maem😊 I wanted to mention that the green board and white marker are making it a bit difficult for me to see the notes clearly. Would it be possible to use a different color marker or switch to the blackboard/whiteboard for better visibility? I want to make sure I can follow the lesson easily and take accurate notes.

Can i ask why you rounded off for 2021 in simple interest when it wasn't the final answer?

Good question, you only round off the final answer, in this video the answer was not rounded but was ,50.

Hi, we do not compound more than once a year in MathsLit so don't worry about it.
