@desireenoble Thank you I've been putting school on hold for so long I have 3 girls 10, 3, and 8 months old it's time for me to get my career so I can give them the life they deserve and I just want them to be proud of me thank you so much for sharing your experience! You gave me hope to know I can do this! 🥰❤️
Congratulations on your great news! I just found your channel and I love it. How did you find out about what options you could choose from in regards to taking your license later? Were you able to opt out of student teaching?
Yay thank you so much hope you stick around ❤️ & you have to check your states requirements, im in Florida for example where you can get a temporary teaching license to transition into the career, so that will give me I believe 5 years to complete the certifications I need to be fully licensed! I went the educational studies route with WGU meaning I took all of the same courses, but I didn’t graduated “certified” because I didn’t complete the student teaching or take any certification exams before graduating
@@desireenoble of course I’ll be back to support your channel 😊. ohh okay did you tell WGU that you wanted to only do the general studies? Also with that program will it still allow you to be able to teach k-6 grades as well as long as the school you work for will accept it? Or just a certain subject? Also will they give you study guides to help you be prepared for your license when you are ready since you will take it in your on time?
