This show is heavily scripted with leeway for some improvisation which is also deiced before hand. They decide every word and even every movement like if anyone will get up and do something, make a certain face. TV and movies are like business and risk is minimized as much as possible by controlling as many factors as possible. This also allows celebs to appear a certain way which is amazing for PR. Believe it or not but they literally have a pattern that they follow for all the interviews, a blueprint per say.
@@QuirkyAvik yes buuuuuuutt brits just like making fun of their guests which i think lightens up the mood. The also provide drinks which helps loosen the guests up a bit.
It's such a great episode!! but to me it seemed like it was a generational thing going over their heads as opposed to a cultural/humor thing. But I'm American so who knows ahaha.
Well he Australian right?, I heard they are generally kinda nice. Just what I heard guys, nobody come at me with pitchforks or anything 😀. (but it's nice to know someone can be this cool and it's not just this interview).
this is literally a prime example of the difference between graham norton and any other interviewer. he lets his guests speak without interrupting/making it about them and laughs along with the stories, signs of a true professional
"The Greatest Showman" is the ONLY movie where I can honestly say I found Zac Ephron's character "non-douchebag"- esque. And Hugh Jackman IS right: Gary Oldman is DEFINITELY one of the greatest living actors of his generation, HANDS DOWN.
Just love Hugh Jackman and loved this film so much! Wanted to stand and cheer. Don't believe the critics - go and see it for a truly uplifting experience!
I can’t even believe this movie came out 2 years ago. It is still my life- I still watch is every weekend (no joke), and sing my heart out to the soundtrack every day, anyone else 😂?
This Zac Efron - he's not the way I thought he was.. The way he told the story about MJ - impressive.. he's shown us how humble both of them are/ were. He went up on my charts :)
Jeremy Jordan is an amazing singer and actor. I loved it when he was one of the ones to sing in the song put a little love in your heart. You can se it on RU-vid he also sings let it go that can also be found on RU-vid.
Hughs had such a great career. I love that he does broadway as well. He loves making people smile; such a great actor. Everyone on the show is an amazing actor/actress.
I loved THE GREATEST SHOWMAN! Hugh, Zendaya, Zac were absolutely incredible along with the rest of the cast. Thank you so very much Graham for making me laugh. I'd love to see the shows that Suranne and Gary are in as well. Thank you, Graham, because you make me smile and laugh my booty off and enjoy your show so very much. Sending hugs and smoochies - Anna Banana with a smile.
AW damn, the story of Zac and Michael was soooo sweet, really touching, and this is the second video of Norton I watch in a row where they mention Michael Jackson, literally one after another, this is unbelievable ahah This is one of the craziest episodes, the circus skills, the spectators, and HOLY SHIT they showed the Gary Oldman dance on the Graham Norton show? ahahahaha The Hugh Jackman's presentation was great ahah Even the guests stories were good ahah
*soft Piano plays* “Youuu” *Song ends* Me: Brilliant, number one. Edit: ngl, I wish I had time stamped because I am really confused about when I posted this comment and can no longer find the point I was on about in a drunken haze 😂
10:00 after all these years of being Wolverine, that moment in the greenroom is probably the most badass thing I've ever seen Hugh Jackman do, I love this guy
I love the Leading Ladies. "You." Wow! What a gripping and soulful song. I just can't stop singing it.. "You." Every single one of the one syllable has me blown away. "You." What a memorable song. Amazing
Noticed Mr.Hugh Jackman when I saw Logan.. last movie of his Wolverine character..went back to see all X men movies to see which I never saw before.. kept watching the clips of his acting..watched his interviews one after another.. suddenly u notice a humble man ..great respectful person.. u think how can he exist he's so perfect.. happens so quickly..but happens at right time.. not before time not after time.. 👍
She stars in BBC and HBO Gentleman Jack. Gentleman Jack stars as Suranne as diarist and entrepreneur Anne Lister. A formidable and charismatic trailblazer, Anne challenged the men of that time with her intellect and cunning, and flipped 19th century society's limited expectations of women, gender norms and sexual identity.
We've always known Jackman is amazing at everything, but I'm so glad everyone else held up their part in the musical as well. Seen it three times now :D It's just amazing! Her velociraptor is amazing! Hahah so good.
im so glad hugh jackman said what he did about gary oldman....... everyone on that stage is talented and gifted, but gary oldman is a genius.... beyond measure
