thanks! it is excellent. at first didn't like the 40 then more i had it wow.

@eatsmokedrink same here. At first the 30 was good, but after allowing it to breathe, it proved exceptional.

apparently the 30 has to be consumed with in 2 weeks of opening even if in the fridge @@Openbottleclub
