Question, does it really need a vacuum? Theres a 3 in 1 without the vacuum on a cheaper side and on the expensive side theres the 4 in 1 with a vacuum. Do you guys prefer the one with a vacuum? Ty!
Hello. I was wondering if you could explain why you are starting with the vaccum first? I am always up for learning new techniques but I was taught to use it second after the cavitation, so anything you burned off with the cavitation you bring it down with the suction to the lymphatic area. Also how long should you do the vacuum for after you do it first? Thank you!
What is tissue oil & how about fractionated coconut oil? For the machine is it ok? And so you can do all in 1 session 12 min vacuum, 20 cavitation & then 15 min RF & the laser diodes pads 20 min? I ordered that same machine just waiting on it! And face same day treatment?
Tissue oil is a type of oil which assists with stretch marks and skin firming. You can however use any type of oil as it's main purpose is for slip. In regards to answering your other questions. Did you order your machine through GRAHL? If so we will provide you with full training manuals as well as guidelines on different treatment options, pricing structures, diet plans, client forms etc. All of this is however for the privilege's of GRAHL customers only.
@@grahlslimmingbeautyequipme1258 no I ordered from another place but it’s just like yours! I noticed you didn’t mention the cotton filter used in the vacuum probe, do you change it every use? And how do you do it? Unscrew the top or!??
Wow! Your video was the best I’ve seen so far! Thank you 😊 I have this exact machine. Something I do not understand when using the cavitation, is there is Mode A B C D, I understand it’s different intervals but how do you know which mode to use, on which body area, for example abdomen which Mode would you use, please? And is it contraindicated to use the cavitation directly over bones such as around the ribs? Thank you so much in advance
Hi Millie, Yes it's different intervals mainly to so that if you should want to work in a way where you stamp the area instead of glide the probe you can. Dont worry about it too much. Mode A works best.

@@grahlslimmingbeautyequipme1258 wow thank you so much for answering all of my concerns! You are so knowledgeable and so kind, one last question I did go over my hip-bones the first time I did It (I didn’t know I couldn’t go over the bones) why is it contraindicated to go above bones. Thank you so much in advance 😘😘
omg whoever told you cavitation can burn your inside is not telling you the truth. cavitation cant even reach your organs, that is why if your client has visceral fat(hard fat) cavitation is useless. visceral is fat cushioned in between your organs. So much science and medical studies to prove, when you are doing bodysculpting the right way it is an effective, safe treatment as long as you understand and know your contraindications .
First, you can not start with vacuum RF. It should be last probe to do the lymphatic drainage through ductus thoracicus. Also moovement should be according to anatomy. 6 polar RF will achieve 42-43C in specific intensity, working circular moovement repeating it by measuring temeparature with IR thermometer. You will achieve it if you put sam thermoactive cream etc, etc, etc. To many mistakes. sorry. Take of all metal from both of you.
Good day. You are right. We are often taught to do the vacuum in the second step or last step however I have been doing these treatments for 9 years and I have run many different trials to see which process gives the best results and after 2 years of doing trials and tests I strongly believe that you see better results doing it in this order. I do however tell all my clients they can do it the way in which they believe works best. For me I see best results this way. :)
Not such a big issue. Instead of wondering about the right order, I will be adding one more vacuum 10mins in the beginning. You get the best combination this way.
I have been reading about these machines and read that anything over 30khz will not reach the proper fat layers and will give you zero results. You need the machine to be between 20-30khz? Those machines are much more expensive. What about that?
So you cant get a cavitation device that is 25k or under it is only for medical professionals. For 30k yes it does hit deeper, but in my professional experience I have gotten some great results with 40k cavitation device. It is all in your technique and having the proper conductor to enhance those sound waves!
