These days everyone have pets in their houses it's evident you come outside for a walk you will see pet dogs walking along with you whether rich country or developing one we patients or bystanders are there atleat 3 to 4 by the sides of a patient who has bed Bath sweating high grade fever and unable to move who stood like a statue! We are anxious but the staff n attended physicians they are always cool n calm minded they have to attend emergency though it's the type of work n also called as practioneers one more asst will be there also they take history with us so in elderly person I have heard that this disease apart from not comming down the temp 103 for 2 days should suspect otherwise it invade into brain causing menigitis with profuse bleeding through nose ear eyes n mouth right ?

Overall very nice video, but i would not use chloramfenicol in pregnacy, due to causing bone marow damage and hepatotoxicity. In most countries its even contraindicated.
