I have to do this the hard way. I have my Camp Fone portable phonograph from 1923 and it does have a single spring motor on there, and the mainspring belt will go counter clockwise. The last time I tried, because it was on backwards. It’s going to take forever to restore it, and I hope it will get it running as usual once if it gets done.
