Gran Canaria Puerto Rico Mogan Mall New Shopping Centre, Canary Islands Spain. I also took a video up at the new restaurants but the very annoying tannoy music got me a strike so need to edit it.
We’ve just booked a week in GC based on your vlogs. Wow…. We’ve never been there before but I’m Positive my Mrs will love this Shopping Centre. Another Great Video. Thanks
Tip: When you get to the end by Rocasa and soft play you can go through the door, walk across the carpark and it will take you to another set of escalators. This takes you to the top floor by the fountain, Hiperdino and restaurants. Great video!! Mogan Mall tends to be quieter during the day when people are at the beach and pool, you should see it after 6pm and on the weekend. 😆
Loving these videos! They’re whetting my appetite for my next visit in December, first two weeks in Me- lo- NE- ras, then next two in Amadores. Incidentally, Lefties is the Spanish equivalent of Primark!
For shopping : go to las Palmas, also more canarian culture. For shopping only: go to Atlantico in Vecindario , all brandstores and a Carrefour (big one) .
Have been to both Rieffe and Gran Can. Very nice in regards to the scenery/land, But they really are just shopping malls and pubs. I just find them really Boring.... There are only so many pubs and malls you can bare in a fortnight...
It depends on when you visit really. We've been during the day when most people are at the beach and pool and it looks empty, but late afternoon or weekends are usually very busy. Not forgetting when the entertainment / fountain show is on. 😀
The new centre was built where the old water world was...my usual place to stay is the big white hotel terrazamar very handy and not up the huge hills.
I enjoyed that Kevin, it’s a lovely mall. Drop me off in a shopping mall ( with a bar for lunchtime food and a glass or two of vino) and pick me up at closing time …. I’m happy 😁
In with the new, out with the old! ( but I guess the old one is filled with cheap fake electronics stores, Chinese touristjunk stores, and other junk. Just like in Playa del Ingles)
