I just bought GTS a couple months ago.....and im lovin it still. I was super late to buying a PS4 but who cares. Dont worry about them. Youll get the game in due time bro lol
It's SO MUCH FUN. The physics are much better than gt sport. To me it's much closer to Assetto Corsa now. Not quite as heavy going but physics are great though.
Agreed. I was just playing Assetto Corsa earlier this week and jumped into GT 7 last night for about an hour. It's definitely a huge improvement from GT Sport. I think the physics/realism gap is a lot smaller now between GT7 and AC.
This game is a masterpiece... The only thing i didn't like about this game is the gear changes. Copied from the GT Sport and it should be more aggressive.
I noticed that in GTS if you turn traction control completely off the gear shifts sound a little bit more aggressive. Noticed it most in the GTR Nismo and Aventador SV
The sense of speed is quite remarkable, never seen that in a GT game before....from the cockpit view it looks terrifying, as going flat out in a Ferrari should be!
@Spinmaster24 Isn't the first time this Is achieved. Most of the racing games for PS3 are close to this. Forza even hit 1080/60 on Xbox360. Need for Speed Carbon for PC have stunning car visuals on max setting. We talking for a game from 2006. Only kids can be exited. A people who don't know the past fifteen years.
What ? The sounds are garbage in this game …. Check out some AMG sounds they sound like micky mouse cars…. The whole game feels like 2013 PS3 with overlay and everything
Long time Xbox owner, but I've long missed this series as I originally played it on my PSX and it was what got me so into cars today. Everything I'm seeing in GT7 is super nostalgic to the early games and I'm loving that. I hope to get a chance to play this in depth someday.
Ferrari seems to have a soft spot for pd and letting them give custom parts for their cars.. especially after everything they've done to contribute to automotive industry I mean other racing games don't have detailed customisation for Ferraris
@@rxshovxx the GT3, GTE, and Challenge parts are still there actually. It's only the custom made parts that were removed. Nonetheless, the removal of those parts is still unfortunate.
This game is so good, the handling and the graphics especially.... only thing that lacks imo is the sense of speed. If they'd just add a bit more drama. I was looking at the tachometer and it showed 250 but I was still looking at a calm clinical video...
Right? It’s even more aggressive IRL. Albeit not ear-deafening, it’s still a beauty to see AND hear. Just needs a little bit of aggression tho because it sounds slightly tame in the game.
@@WaseemKhan-iu4bh idk about vacuum cleaner, but I see what you mean. But coming from a Forza player, that car is at least decent. If it was in NFS or Grid maybe it would be more accurate, but it sounds nice.

I hate exclusives man. As a PC player it's just unbearable. At least I can play Xbox' exclusives. But it's all worth it, because I can mod games like Assetto Corsa.
Well I bought a PS5 online. I usually do when a full version of GT5 comes out. Last PS was a PS3 and I still use it for blue rays once in a while. Hope this game is good, too bad I can't use my Fanatec CSR wheel and CSR elite pedals on my Sim Rig... It'll emulate a G25 but not a G29. Will have to play with a controller. Maybe I'll get a compatible wheel if the game and force feedback warrant it. It will be easy to sell an almost new PS5 if I don't like the game anyways. Edit- Ordered a GT DD Pro 8 nm! Never used a direct drive wheel before. This should be pretty good.
It's certainly pretty. But honestly while you're driving you're just focusing on the grey road and trying to hit the apexes. It's the game play that is truly awesome, mixed with a decent wheel, incredibly immersive

Hey it looks like the outside camera view isn't locked to the car like I've seen with every other GT video.. looks so much better when the car can turn a little bit without the camera being stuck to it..
My one and only issue with GT7 is how stiff and smooth the cars look in 3rd person. It looks as if the car is stationary and the track is moving past the car.
I have also thought the same in the past, although I think starting with Sport and continuing in this game, you can adjust how the threshold for when the car starts to move independently from the camera. I believe most people just leave it at the default settings.
This game looks outstanding. Only I notice the sound echo doesn’t change much under tunnel and when it’s gone. It should be noticeable. Hope they update

Okay. 1: Not Nostalgia, they played it and probably compare it to older titles. 2: Older games were better, modern games just care about money, graphics, all that shit. So who the hell do you think you are to judge someone to like this, how do you know their kids? You don't know they're lives.
Take Forza for example. Right after Turn 10 left to go work with GT developers, Forza's gone down hill. And don't me started on GTA V or Definitive Edition. Pure Laziness!
Yes however due to hardware limitations (again) they can't go all out on visual effects for rain so Driveclub still holds the crown for rain. But everything else GT7 just does better. One of the biggest ways Driveclub showed it's age is it's interior lighting, which GT7 just nails.
You are joking right? Even GTS puts driveclub away...the only thing impressive about driveclub was the rain everything else about the graphics were average
I feel like this is what Driveclub could've been if Sony hadn't shut down Evolution Studios. The way cars sound in this game and the way the game looks reminds me of DC and it kinda makes me want to cry ngl.
After playing NFS heat, Forza Horizon 5 and the crew 1 and 2 i see some similar things back here from those games like.. Body parts, buying credits with your own money not game money. While the previous GT parts had none of these things.
looks amazing. Getting a XSX first.....but this really makes me want a PS5. Didn't want one right away but not I want a PS5 really bad just to play this.

This is the car I wanted to see in the game before the game was even released and fortunately I got my wish gonna paint it 0:18 with purple stripe Along with a pink one in the middle to make it look like sombra from overwatch and fun fact I actually have some overwatch decals I carried over have the sombra skull and name all over it
Don't make me buy a PS5, T300 RS and GT7 please!!! The temptation is palpable! Of all things, what sways me to destroy my wallet is birds' chirping in Deep Forrest, I kid you not. I need something to relax to, GT5 was always that to me. Spent countless time in its' photomode, would do the same in GT7. Just a damn shame the game forces you to always be online, kudos to Digital Foundry for keeping it real. EDIT: PS4 Pro would be more than sufficient...
Is there a game mode where you can only race against others using the same car everyone has? or like you are only allowed to use race cars without tuning or changing anything in them?
Man, I still can't nail the hadling of these beasties. I like ferraris as much as the next but man. Idk if it's just me being a noob but the handling is. So difficult to get a hang of.
Everything is great in the game the only missing part to make it look real is the movement as from the drivers position it is smooth which doesn't happen. But graphics, , sound and car handling are great.
I want to play my ps5 copie but I also want to wait for my fanatec wheel and that won't be here till April may be longer it looks great I will say but all the gt games have been great so no surprises with gt7
