Honestly I forgot this car was in the game. But I actually really like it. Daily race A is usually completely off limits for me as I prefer longer races with a bit of strategy, but sometimes I jump into the more unique ones

+1 to creating Asia/pacific account. Though, i suspect the hours you’re active you’d likely be racing the midnight dregs. Makes for easy wins though 🤷

This car is definitely the worst supercar. I remember what a nightmare the Mount Panorama online time trial was with it. It understeers, oversteers, has the worst brake to power ratio and the engine breaking is a joke, not to mention that if you try to over rev it it will immediately die

You can change the fuel map with the bottom left rotary thumb wheel on the Mclaren GT3 wheel.

Reminds me of the MC20 Mt Panorama Time Trial. I usually go for a quick silver time. After 30min I had to settle for bronze. That car’s stock brakes are just terrible.

I love this kind of content and racing. Because GT cars are too easy to drive on Gran Turismo. If you spend too much time racing GT2 GT3 in GT4 cars on Gran Turismo you won't be able to drive anything else fast lol. People really don't understand how valuable the streetcar simulations are on Gran Turismo. They really are unbeatable and it's ridiculous the online racing never really incorporates street cars or allows for street car tuning and racing and variety. Usually we just get GT cars on the same handful of tracks. I enjoy whenever high ranking drivers spend time in street cars because they are much more technical and it's much more entertaining. I wish we had a lot more options outside of GT cars to race on weekly races. We need weekly F1 races and weekly Miata races and a weekly streetcar event that is regulated by weight PP and drivetrain and then either a GT3 or a GT4 race. If they would do that I would come back.

Hi there SuperGT, I'm thinking some of these cars are setup badly to coax on some extra tweaking. I've been playing with the M6 group 3 and seems to have got it to turn in more and power out of the turns easier all be it with TCS on 1. Great videos keep it up many thanks.

I remember when this car was introduced and was given a time trial in Bathurst. I decided that day never to touch this car again, absolutely horrendous braking power.

Surprising to me, upon coming back from a Hawaii vacation, my first race was this. I qualified in 8th I want to say and came in 2nd! You really really have to brake early and without turning in that car. It was quite a difficult race. I WOULD have had first but the person in 1st and I went deep in the last corner. All in all I enjoyed the race. Edit: 4:00 happened to me too! Literally as I was about to "enter" them BAM hit them.

These hyper road cars also have absolutely horrendous brakes in Asetto Corsa aswell. Makes me not want to drive them at all. Fast in a straight line sure but it just sucks throwing them around tracks.

12:11 this seems like a bug and is the opposite of how it works in real life. The ABS would already be working the tires to the maximum possible stopping distance allowed by their grip level, adjusting brake pressure on each tire individually 15+ times per second.

Off topic, but I've just added the TH38A shifter to my setup and enjoying the heck out of it by simply driving (slowly) around the Noerdschleiffe in time trial. Imo it isn't just about racing.Anybody else here drive similar occasionally?

What I always find stupid is when you change from slicks to inters , the pitcrew clearly puts another sets of slicks on. And vice versa. You should think it's not that hard to get right. If user choice = slicks then start animation slicks.

I don't play GT7, but I watch mostly all of Steve's videos and most of the time he's pretty clean. You would think if you've built up enough cache in S rank, you wouldn't lose it so quickly. Steve if you make an Asian account, I vote you name it Kaiju GT, or come up with some names and do a fan pole.
