Here's the full demo for the game. You get access to the story mode which showcases a couple missions and then Quest mode where you can play online as well. There are 3 missions and 12 characters. I just repeated the second mission for each character to showcase their gameplay. Mission 1 was too small for ultimates and mission 3 is too long lol. Regardless I think my favourite characters are Siegfried, Lancelot, and Narmaya so far. Let me know which character you guys are gonna play with! My trick is always play on Japanese voice since i dont understand a shit i dont get tired of the: "You can do it" "lest do it" "looking good" "just getting started" "Fuck my ass" over and over and over and over in a fight.
I want to try pc too. I tried ps5 version and you can suffer in two different ways. Either good graphics in quality mode but shit motion or Performance mode with good motion but shit visuals😂
The game is giving a fresh take on JRPG. Just wish they kept the it more original. You’re already starting out with a full party instead of meeting each party member, gaining a party member having their own storyline element like Chrono Trigger, FF3 and FF7.
there's definitely gonna be more as they already have plans to add new characters after launch as well. This is gonna be a big roster by the end of the year.
Now I know why it feels off. One of the mechanics that both monster hunter and god eater have is that bosses show the damaged the player has inflicted on them (Either by showing scars on their body or by breaking a part of it) Here, it feels that the characters are hitting a sponge. There's nothing reflecting what our characters are doing to the monster. Also the bosses feel too easy. Even in god eater if the player was too careless they could die, here it seems like the team was never in danger.
being a souls game veteran, i do hope the difficulty is there to keep you invested in the battle. When it’s just brain dead AI and big health bars, it becomes repetitive really quick imo. other than that worry, the game looks incredible
@@_N4VE_the Ai looks braindead. I didnt see him tag team attack, stop to line up sequential attacks with a time freeze, or switch characters to line up a combo of attacks one after another. HES JUST STANDIMG THEIR WAILING AT A MONSTER LIKE AN IDIOT
I want to fall in on this game because it looks gorgeous and very flashy, but yeah you're right I need a little more engagement than just mashing my skills in a cooldown cycle until we fill the team gauge to unleash our super team attack.
It looks nice, but a 10 minute boss fight where nothing much really happens? You just stand and throw everything at the guy? Someone wrote below -- there's zero feedback from the damage we deal, It's just hitting the sponge. Cannot lie. Im super sad and disappointed
@ericwalker6477 and then just straight up drop GBR? I probably won't even finish GBR when FF7R comes. I got FF16 at launch and I just started playing it like 3 weeks ago. I Wanna finish that before FF7R gets released. Iam going to get platinum trophy in FF7R, so that will be my main game for a while.
So off the top of my head. -theirs no combo system it feels like your wailing on monsters - theirs no tag in system: star ocean second story R lets you fight in real time as any squad member alongside lining up sequential attacks and popping an item. - i dont see any tactical formations as well. THE AI IS ALL OVER THE PLACE and is spamming attacks randomly. -is this our MC? He looks weak if every bloody monster is treated as a bullet sponge. Even in kingdom hearts 2. Monsters stumble, look in pain if you hit them
I will never understand why gamers are so damned nitpicky. all they do is complain about every little thing. they can’t just enjoy the games for what they are. games don’t have to be absolute perfection to be enjoyable. complaining about graphics or frame rate or whatever else is just so stupid.
