A lot of salt mines can be found near the Automan Empire, most especifically next to the Anatolia's south-western coast. Over the northern borders of germania you can find a lot of those mines too, in a place that may be called Cologne.
jonathan malm Pardon me. I meant Otto-man, but it does have many names: bringer of tears, desperation's unleasher; no hospital is able to recover your mind from it's maddening gaze.
+Issac1709HD Well to be fair getting salt from evaporating saltwater is so much less effective than salt mines and thus wasnt the main source of salt until much later when technology allowed to extract the salt much easier. So he had the right idea. :p
Issac1709HD Not talking about the game. Was talking about actual history. The game simplifies it by letting you extract it from saltwater that is true.
Issac1709HD That is true. But he doesnt like that im afraid. Last time people complained alot he just stopped the series alltogether. Was Darkest Dungeon and he made a ton of mistakes and blamed the game for it. So people gave him flak for it and voila... no more Darkest Dungeon. :p
Favorite series right now! Is there a limit though on how much you can show or how long you can publicly play due to it not coming out for another month?
+Zephyr Eclipse I dont think there is a limit. Arumba got the keys so he can raise the popularity of the game by playing it and showing it to us. And he indeed succeeded in my opinion, however the game looks a bit easy and simple to me.
That's cool, I was hoping he wouldn't have to stop midway through a game. I agree, so far it doesn't look like there's a ton going on, and especially in regards to other forces, but maybe there's a higher difficulty to play on like Civ has.
When you make a new city, manually use your trader to bring a lot of wood/bricks there before you put the traders on a trade route. Then the new city can make it's starting buildings quicker.
Arumba, if the game is meant to be historically accurate I would think salt would be found in Africa or the Middle East. I'm only assuming because during the time salt was considered to be as valuable as gold during these times.
+Nightfall87 You advance in rank and with that in technology through your "territorial claim" value. Which increases everytime one of your cities grows. (i think in 1000 steps) And if you plant a bunch of cities next to each other they obviously dont have as much to claim. :)
there is a game app just like this ?ho know the name pls say it i gonna falow love stagie war game like age of the empire i whas a master of it command en conquer i love every of it special zero hour hoped command conquer 3 whas comming but
Arumba you make more cash the price in your city is low the trader well pay it for low and seel it for more in in city and the trady tell you what is in the city
+MarhaCz if you make a lote of some thing and sell it in a city that do not have it you well make profit in the trade menu the number of barrels determines the price
+xGamesNL The salt in the Netherlands are not really mines. They put a few pipes in the ground, pump water into the salt area underground. Then pump the salt water back up again.
