@@fabriziogarzi9892 Slavenska's is the first solo. She's the only one with flowers at the back of her head. Tremendously strong feet. In earlier years she didn't even use ribbons to hold shoes to her feet. She's 44 in this performance.
In here the petit adagio with Taglioni and Grahn is missing................and everything is too fast....Thank you for posting it, it is a lovely piece of history and beauty.

You can see Alonso - this grand lady of classical dance - again dancing Taglioni with about 6o years in a video with Fracci, Evdokimova and Thesmar. Just a bit slower.
It’s not “camp”…..it was 1960, for one thing, and for another, it was a recreation of a ballet from a much earlier period. You’ve obviously missed the backstory, or you’re misapplying the meaning of the word.

Back when technique and elegance were a must. Today they destroy dancers by teaching the whole repertoire based on horrible foot work, and horrible excessive use of the splits that harm posture and hip joint.
