Is there any price difference from the Grand Seiko store inside Wako ? Im looking to hunt my first GS watch. Hopefully they still have spring drive white birch (SLGA009) by next year when im going to Tokyo.
I love Grand Seiko but their stainless.steel watches are too heavy . They need to come up with a lighter type of stainless steel so the watches are lighter and more comfortable on wrist, especially the divers and larger sport models . The titanium ones are nice but sometimes the machining is not smooth and sharp especially on the edges of the bracelet and in the claps which cuts into the wrist . They can and should do better .
Amazing collection! Im actually looking at buying my first grand seiko. Im visiting tokyo in 2 mos time. Since it is my first time in japan might as well buy a timepiece made in japan with highest precision and finishing. Cant wait! That SBGY007 might be the one for me.
