Gameplay was a major downgrade from IV, lol. You had more options in missions and were more challenged as a player. You weren’t guided through the game like a child. The physics were so much better which made shooting and stealing cars a lot more fun. So much more to do in the map like cop missions and other activities. The game introduced a lot of innovative ideas in terms of open world gameplay mechanics. If it wasn’t for the graphics and the title, GTA V wouldn’t have gotten nowhere near as big in sales as it did.

@@Schizo-Devil I'm not talking about freedom more fliud gunplay really I enjoyed it it's the smoothness I'm talking about sometimes IV was abit rigid, but I do agree with you, I didn't like the characters special abilities in V either I barely used them, hated em in a way, but I much prefer IV in ways.

One of my favourite GTA game of all time. I love gritty and serious stories in gangster games. Loved the dark and gritty theme of this game, the soundtrack, voice acting, details, physics, everything. For me working as a gun for hire in GTA IV is more fun than robbing banks in GTA V.
