This is the game i spent my high school years locked in my room playing, without a care in the world, no bills, no job, just homework and afternoon toasts with cocoa milk.. god time flies.
Sounds fun lol, I love just how in Pam the steam age is kicking in and the inventors house has different steam power inventions, the steam train and steam ship with the paddle wheel in the back and steam power tanks, with the steam engines and mass produce of iron it would of been cool to see somewhat modern skyscrapers in pam lol
58:04-58:10 combat to field doesn't have that laggy transition the original had let alone items nor 1:16:33 menu loading. Though one could use fast forward if emulating rather than playing slowly on even a digital copy on PS3 🤣. I know they had to patch a ton for bugs and there are no extras though the $20 sale helps as grandia 2 isn't on the PS3 shop (and the PS2 version was a bad port). $40 without 3 and Xtreme is ridiculous given the digital originals for 1 and 3 are $16 combined. 1:48:40 for storage is lazy. I assume they didn't fix the stupid shop to go to 3 icons to buy and talk to the merchant to sell. Part 3 6:24 shows I was right. Just put a coating of Vaseline that can't compete with square enix's graphics and call it a day. At least it loads faster.
I can't say it's my all time favorite game.. Truthfully, I have far too many vying for the top spot.. I can't keep up with them all..🤩🤩😂🥰🥰🎮🎮🕹️🕹️ I can say it's among my favorites though..🤣🥰

Now there are two games to choose from: ahem grandia and grandia 2. Choosing 1 brings you to that game itself. 0:45 grandia intro The intros and title screen have changed a little. Settings tutorial: theirs not much to change at all. Just set it to however you want the game to be like. 3:20 main game intro This intro takes freaking very long. Anyways once its finishes and you gain control of justin(primary character). get used to the controls and head to the 3 places to find the 3 items. But you must find 2 at first. One is on the lower level on the sidewalk bordering the river. And the other one at the port on the wall. Talk to Gantz to move on the 3rd item. Now he will give you clues to find the 3rd item. Keep talking to him until you think its enough to find it. Its at gantz house but the chest is locked so talk to his little brother tentz and he will move out of the way to get the key. Now you can open the chest

I gotta say i'm really not a fan of the gross 2x blur filter applied to all the sprites in this, Grandia has such beautiful spritework for both Portraits and overworld sprites, and to make it a smeary mess when they could have made it super nice and sharp, while keeping the scaling accurate even with the zoom in and outs, which is what the game had a lot of trouble with in 240p. i can't say i'm a fan, it's a shame as Widescreen does makes a huge improvement.
@@YamatufaGaming oh, pbt... if its Limited Run, then it's expensive by now. Star Was Bounty Hunter serves as proof- look at the prices for GameCube and PS2, then look at the PS4. it's ridiculous.
@@YamatufaGaming its insane- makes you want to buy the originals. they're cheaper. Buuuuut... on the flipside, GameFly has the Limited Run games, like the aformention Bounty Hunter, Mario 3D all-stars, pretty much all of them (yet no Grandia HD), and renting is cheaper then buying in this regard
