We all know that Nene can be crabby/cranky and go after Annie when Annie starts her pranks. Let's try and remember that you don't have to like her, but she still is the female Alpha of the troop. And geez, she's 51. Thats 85 in human years. I know some 85 yr old humans that are crankier and crabbier than her, be I still love them.
Besides Nene being cranky, forget about the hierarchy for a moment & her age, she is just plain old mean. Toto is the same age, grandma Biddy is a fire cracker, dealing with Lope isn't easy but she is still kind. I don't think it would make any difference to Nene if I like her or not. I don't like her period but I don't hate her either. I don't have to respect her because she is the Alpha. You know what THAT'S LIFE.🤷
My beautiful Annie was bullying grandma again today🥺, Annie probably had a nightmare about how Nene would abuse her when she just a baby & was saying I remember everything grandma!! But Nene may be old but she still can give it back 😊she gets up and runs very well for her age.. Nene is a very pretty gorilla you go girl lol 😆…. Annie is looking just like Shabani more and more each day… Kiyomasa is looking more like Nene but that’s okay just look how handsome that big boy is 😊. Shabani is staying close to Kiyomasa for the 3/4 day’s always watching him I hope they(I don’t like to say this but before anything happens) move Kiyomasa soon, Because Shabani is going to be lost without his baby to play with😭😭😭❤❤

I can't pick it but I saw something in Annie's eye's that she always used to get upset when granny would move away from her, this goes back years ago. I think Nene wasn't sure about Annie's intentions. Annie took it as rejection.🤷👀
Yeah its the same way with Gentaro. He seems to get angry when Genki moves away from him. Or rather Genki can tell when he's in one of his moods, so she avoids him, then when GEntaro sees this he takes it as rejection

Annie is just getting revenge because of how horrible her Gr-ma treated her, Nene was awful to lil’ Annie that’s why she is so close to her daddy Shabani, he protected her physically from Nene growing up!
