I know they are eating the grass as well but...where is the REST OF IT? Overall the grass looks pretty dead. Almost reminds me of a prison yard or something. Not somewhere a gorilla would want to be. 🧐 7:20 him leaning out of the door frame like that is hilarious!
Imagine how much food it takes to feed those gorillas each day. It's gotta be, like, a full grocery shopping cart for each gorilla or something. Am I wrong?
I want to know when Kiyo slaps his mother and she goes to Shabani for help what she will expect? I was that and saw with my own eyes that Kiyo was afraid of Shabani all the time , hiding from him , go by himself outside and even Nene didn’t do anything or defended Kiyo. By the way not just Nene nor any other females . But for Shabani ‘s haters he can’t never win because they come to his site in order to put him down , as if he sometimes doesn’t react , then he is weak, and then his troop doesn’t respect him , even Annie for crying aloud and if reacts then he’s a bully poor Nene , poor Kiyo and poor Ai. You can’t ignore my posts because i am biased thru Shabani and i am because what there isn’t wrong with him ? He’s one the most beautiful, handsome gorilla in the whole world, with human eyes, perfect weight and height , his face is very sweet and his head is perfect according to primate specialists and if he wasn’t beautiful , his temperament and personality is a winner. He’s silly, playful, a great father, very athletic and because of him his troop are athletic and Nene gain lots of more years too. Other gorillas are handsome too and J’ecco is a good father but not in the level of Shabani as Shabani took care of his daughter since the beginning of her birth, spending whole days, looking at her and have the patience until she trusted him to come to her and when she “ accepted “ him , and her mother rejected her , he then took care of her, he groomed her, protected her when the “ great Nene “ kicked her, threw her up “ like a ball “ by the way her and Ai together “ this video still exists, google it , then he protected her , gave her all the affection that her mother and her so grandmother denied her during her childhood. Showing me another other silverback doing or did that as raising his daughter by himself . Shabani is not weak, he’s a big gorilla with beautiful color fur with an exquisite color that doesn’t show well in photos or videos, a very unique gorilla so try to have cognitive integrity and intelligence judging him and some gorillas are taking to the infinity by heavy propaganda in order to make the videographer get more money as his web site , it isn’t nothing more than ask for donations or more donations, as according to him. The economy of Japan isn’t good , although Japan is between the 10 more richest western countries. Next year i will go again to Japan and will talk and see the others zoos and find out about donations, where the money goes and whom or what the donations goes etc, etc. and if the videographer of this web site let me post my pictures of the group people will see the integration of the troop and finally if Nene didn’t interfere with the troop since Ai had her first one that died and then Annie that would have died too if she didn’t have the protection of her father. Steve I know how much you love & respect Shabani, so do I. Annie shows her love to Shabani by not getting involved in the conflict. Nene is a mean old woman who doesn't respect Shabani, so why she expects him to protect her is beyond me. Stay true to yourself mate.✌️
Gorillas belong in dirt in bushes and trees. Amongst the grasses. Running free. Not living on concrete and steel with very little nature to be gorillas. Shame on all of you for your selfishness and heartlessness. No respect

It was very loud in the zoo today. but it's not like that every day. after the closure it is much quieter. I'm always happy for the animals on rainy days. More less visitors.
